Sleeping is the best way to escape from reality. Do u agree?
It's a much debatable topic. Some may claim that sleeping is indeed a great way of relieving stress, forgetting your worries, indulge yourself in a heavenly place, your own dreamland. Others may claim that sleeping is just a form of self-delusion. An attempt by people who lacks faith in themselves that they are able to resolve the problems at hand or wish to avoid the difficulties in life. Which do you belong? It's actually a very controversial topic. One's sleeping habits actually tells alot about a person. Think about it. A very positive and bubbly person will definitely not sleep the day away, waking up to realise that they have wasted a whole day that they know could be put to better use. Conversely, a very negative and lonely person will make sleeping as their favourite pastime. The reason? It's simple. They want to escape from reality. The sheer fact that they actually devoted their precious time to sleeping more than they should reveals their innermost feelings. More often than not, we're subconsciously living a life that may not be what we really want it to be like. It's time we all face up to reality. For escaping is never forever.
